Eases installation of EOBR (electronic on-board recorders), ELD (Electronic logging devices) or any other device needing to read the CAN/J939 or J1708/J1587 data
One end has Deutsch HD16-9-1939S 9 pin BLACK plug with locking ring -
this end will connect only to BLACK 9 pin in dash.
Both other ends have HD10-9-1939P 9 pin black sockets as shown in pictures and drawing above - y
ou can  connect cables and/or devices with BLACK or GREEN 8 or 9 pin to these ends
